Therefore, in the preparation of the wire opening process, the opening size of the wire must be reasonably determined according to the requirements of the drawing, the stripping size standard operation guide, and clear and reasonable tolerances.


Make the operating instructions for opening the wire, cutting the wire, cutting the required length of the various wires required, and crimping the terminal to crimp the terminal to the wire. The terminal crimping is a very critical process, mainly to use standard terminal joints The jig is riveted. After the terminal and the wire are riveted, the tension, height, width, and riveting condition are all within the standard range. The riveting personnel in this process need to conduct self-inspection work, and a separately trained and qualified external inspector is required to conduct the terminal The full inspection work to ensure that the terminal riveting is 100% qualified. Then the plug is assembled, and the wiring position of the terminal should be paid attention to when assembling the terminal, and the terminal should be assembled in place to protect the contact terminal.


The final assembly will assemble various small strands on the tooling board and wrap it with tape, install various protective parts, and detect whether each break point of the fixture is unblocked, and the size, appearance, and performance are 100% tested.


The dimensions marked on the dimension inspection drawings should be measured one by one and controlled within the tolerance range.


The appearance inspection needs to be inspected according to the inspection standards, especially whether the contact part of the terminal is in place, whether the plastic case is damaged, etc.


Performance testing is the basic work of the product. It is necessary to ensure 100% of the tested products. During the testing process, attention should be paid to whether the test fixture is qualified, the number of times the test fixture is used, and whether the various parameter methods meet the standard requirements.
