Flexible printed circuit board (FPC) design specifications
With the miniaturization trend of all the electronic, flexible board is more and more popular because of its inherent light, thin, flexible and other advantages. Relative to the ordinary hard board, the flexible board design is more difficult. It is more difficult to the designer integrate all the electronic functions in such a small and thin flex pcb. In addition to considering the electrical interconnect, the design have to concern about the flexibility, reliability and other structural requirements. The flexible board selection, processing methods and precision will affect the final product price and lead time. All these requires the designer to be very concerned about the cost analysis. It is necessary to consider the electrical performance and the structure.

ReplyDeleteNice content. As much as I am concerned, all PCB companies cannot design the flexible printed circuit board. Because for that, well-deserved machinery is required. All I know is about the service and you are a good service provider. There are also many other well-known companies which are in China like cplfpc.com, Greatpcb, PCB Technologies LTD, etc.
