Panasonic has developed a scalable and Applied Materials resin film

According to Business Wire reports, Panasonic Corporation today announced that the company has used its proprietary technology to develop a scalable, flexible resin flexible, scalable polymer resin film.

The company will also provide a transparent electrode material and conductive paste and the insulating film used together.

The newly developed insulating material is a film material that can stretch and restitution, and the traditional non-flexible material such characteristics. The material can be folded in a desired manner, and is applicable to all kinds of irregular free-form surfaces, significantly reducing the limitations of existing designs. For example, it can be adapted to support the manufacture of various shapes (such as clothing and body) of a flexible, scalable electronic devices. The newly developed material can be applied to a wide range of uses, from the wearable device to the sensor, the display screen and robots.
